Agency Agreement & Power of Attorney

Tradestar must obtain a valid, duly authorized, Power of Attorney and Agency Agreement (“Power of Attorney”) from you in order to transact customs brokerage activities on your behalf. A copy of Tradestar’s standard form Power of Attorney is attached.  By signing the Power of Attorney, or by accepting Tradestar’s customs brokerage services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out within this document.

​Unless otherwise agreed by Tradestar and you, the Power of Attorney will be in the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers from of Continuous Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney with Power to Appoint a Sub- Agent (to which the Standard Trading Conditions are attached and customs.
